Sunday 20 July logout bug recovery instructions
Due to an unfortunate database error, many users who opened the app on Sunday 20 July 2025 were logged out. We are really sorry for the trouble.
If there is an email address attached to your account, you can simply log back in. If you don't remember your password, just request a reset from the login screen.
If another parent has an email address associated with their Bomad account, they can add your email address or change your password from the settings screen.
There may not be an email address attached to your account. This could be the case if you haven't responded to the prompt to add an email address at the top of the app:
