What happened:

Due to an unfortunate database error, many users were logged out on Sunday, 20 July 2025. We are really sorry for the trouble.

If there is an email address attached to your account, you can simply log back in. If you don't remember your password, just request a reset from the login screen.

There may not be an email address attached to your account. This could be the case if your account is newer than 7 days or if you haven't responded to the prompt to add an email address at the top of the app:
